An avid Yogi, paddler and lover of life. My goal is to bring my love of yoga and fitness with stand up paddle boarding into the community. I have been teaching yoga for five years and am bringing yoga and paddle boarding together this summer. I’m an experienced registered Physiotherapist BSc, 200hr yoga Alliance and Pilates Instructor, Paddle Board and Sup Fitness instructor.
