An Avid Yogi, paddler and lover of life. Sarah’s goal is to bring her love of yoga and fitness with stand up paddle boarding into the community. She has been teaching yoga for four years and is bringing yoga and paddle boarding together this summer. Sarah is an experienced registered Physiotherapist BSc, 200hr yoga Alliance and Pilates Instructor, Paddle Board and Sup Fitness instructor.
