SUP Yoga

Yoga on a paddleboard?? Before you write it off as impossible here’s what we tell beginners – if you can breathe you can do Yoga, if you can stand on one foot you can paddle. You don’t need any previous experience in either Yoga or Paddle Boarding, we will teach you everything you need to learn. For those who do yoga regularly, it’s the perfect way to rejuvenate your practice and connect mind, body and spirit with nature.

Experience the natural calming splendour of floating on the water, whilst moving slowly through a guided yoga sequence. The board provides an unstable surface so you get a better core workout and feedback about your alignment. The connection to nature and the sound of water lapping on your board aids relaxation and focus on the most important aspect of yoga: your breath. The board gives you a unique perspective of both the water and the horizon and it’s the closest experience to walking on water.

Book onto a half-day paddleboard adventure with yoga or one of our six-week courses for a regular class – Spaces are limited so book now so you don’t miss out.

SUP & Run

Is pretty much what it says it is – A cardiovascular interval class running and supping. We warm-up on land with running intervals and then take this interval theme to the paddleboard. The class is aimed at clients who have basic paddle skills (you can book onto a session with one of our instructors prior to the class). You will have the chance to improve your paddle skills, get a good Cardiovascular workout and have fun. If you’re a runner this is a great way to build your CV fitness without the impact of running.

Sup Hit Circuits

A new and exciting way to workout on the water. Different exercises will be performed on the board whilst floating on water. Your balance will be challenged, core worked, mind focused, heart rate raised and fun guaranteed. The intensity of the exercises are increased, ensuring an effective workout with many health and fitness benefits.

What Do I Need To Wear

Normal work out clothes that you don’t mind getting a little wet. We do have a selection of wetsuits however you will be working out and getting hot.

What Do I Need To Bring
